The limit switch typically consists of three components: the triggering mechanism, the contact system, and the housing. The triggering mechanism (such as a roller, lever, or button-type contacts) directly contacts the moving parts, and when the component moves to the preset position, the triggering mechanism is actuated to drive the internal mechanical structure, which causes the contact system (normally open / normally closed contacts) to operate, thereby disconnecting or connecting the control circuit. Some high-end models also feature waterproof sealing structures (such as IP65/IP67 protection) and corrosion-resistant housings (made of stainless steel or engineering plastics), suitable for complex working conditions.
